How to Complete Admission Against the Allocated Seat?

Candidates allotted a seat in Phase 2 Round 1 must first complete the provisional admission process between September 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM and September 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

After completing provisional admission, candidates must report physically to the allotted institution for document verification and admission confirmation. The physical verification window will remain open from September 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM to September 22, 2026, at 5:30 PM.

Candidates should carry their allocation letter, WBJEE 2026 rank card, Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, category certificate, identity proof, admission fee receipt, and other required original documents. Failure to complete the required process within the prescribed deadline may result in the cancellation of the allocated seat.
