Medical Counselling Committee-MCC has released the eligibility criteria for NEET PG stray vacancy round counselling 2024. Students can log on to the official website of MCC to download the NEET PG stray vacancy round 2024 eligibility criteria.

Students must fulfil all the eligibility criteria for NEET PG stray vacancy round counselling 2025 to participate in the counselling.

NEET PG Stray Vacancy Round Eligibility Criteria

Students can check below the eligibility criteria for NEET PG Stray Vacancy round counselling 2024.

• Eligible Candidates

  • Candidates who are not holding any seat in either the All India Quota (AIQ) or State Quota are eligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round conducted by MCC.

• Ineligible Candidates

  • Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round-3 of MCC counselling but did not join are not eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round.

  • Candidates who have joined State Quota seats in earlier rounds of counselling are not eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round conducted by MCC.

• Eligibility for State Counselling

  • Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round-3 of MCC counselling but did not report (i.e., "Not Reported" candidates) are eligible to participate in State Counselling.

  • Candidates who were allotted a seat in State Quota but did not join or report are eligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.

• Penalty for Non-Joining

  • Candidates who fail to join their allotted seat in the Stray Vacancy Round will have their security deposit forfeited.

  • Such candidates will also be debarred from appearing in the NEET exam for the next year.

• Data Sharing with State Authorities

  • The MCC will share the data of candidates who joined their seats in Round-3 with State Counselling Authorities. These candidates will be debarred from taking admission in State Quota counselling.
