Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad has released the MBA 2026-28 provisional selection list. Selected candidates must accept their seats and complete fee payment by June 24, 2026. A second merit list will be published on June 30, 2026, but only if seats remain vacant after the first round.
The selection process followed the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) stage, which was conducted on May 30 and 31, 2026. The School of Management Studies offers the two-year MBA programme with an approved intake of 62 seats. The total programme fee is Rs 1.77 lakh.

MBA Specialisations on Offer
MNNIT Allahabad offers the MBA across five specialisations. Candidates can choose from Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business, and Systems Management. The preferred specialisation is locked during the seat acceptance process.
MBA 2026-28 Selection Process
The admission process follows a two-stage model. In the first stage, candidates are shortlisted based on valid entrance exam scores. Accepted examinations include CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, XAT, and GMAT. The second stage consists of the institute-level GDPI round. The final merit list combines entrance test performance with GDPI scores.
Who Is Eligible for the MBA Programme?
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree of at least three years with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. They must also have a valid score in one of the accepted management entrance exams.
How to Accept the Seat and Pay the Fee?
Candidates should visit academics.mnnit.ac.in/fresh_mba and log in using their application credentials. The dashboard displays the selection status against the candidate ID. Selected candidates can confirm their admission and pay the prescribed fee online. All formalities must be completed before June 24, 2026.
Why the June 24 Deadline Matters
Candidates who fail to complete seat acceptance and fee payment by June 24, 2026, will lose their provisional allotment. Those vacant seats will be filled through the second merit list scheduled for June 30, 2026.
Candidates who miss the June 24 deadline lose their provisional seat. The vacated seats then move to the second merit list. MNNIT will issue this list on June 30, 2026.
