The process specifically applies to candidates vying for BHMS seats in the newly added E.B. Gadkari Homeopathic Medical College, Kolhapur, for the academic year 2024-25. Eligible candidates can fill in their choices till December 16, 2024 before 11:59 PM.

3. Eligibility Criteria:
   • Only candidates who are available in the Eligible Candidate List dated November 22, 2024, and have not been allotted a seat until Stray Vacancy Round-5 are eligible to fill choices.
   • Candidates who have already been allotted a seat in Group B in any previous rounds (even if unjoined) are not eligible.
   • Filling the choice for this new college is optional.
4. Declaration of Selection List:
   • Date: December 17, 2024.
5. Physical Reporting for Admission:
   • Dates: December 18–20, 2024 (until 6:00 PM).
   • Candidates must report to the allotted college with all original documents and pay the requisite fees via Demand Draft (DD) or Cheque (to be replaced by DD on the next working day if the payment is made during holidays).
6. Cut-off Date for Admission:
   • December 20, 2024. No admissions will be allowed after this date.

• Restriction on Changes: Candidates can only add the new college to their list of preferences—no other changes (additions or deletions) to previous preferences are allowed.
• Arrange Preferences: The new college will appear at the end of the list, but candidates can rearrange their preference order using the UP/DOWN arrow buttons.
• Final Submission: Preferences must be carefully reviewed before the deadline, as no modifications will be permitted after submission.
