Growing Demand for AI Courses
Attributed to the proliferation of new courses introduced by the All-India Council of Technical Education, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data sciences, and data analytics, aspirants' burgeoning interest in these fields is undeniable. This trend is underscored by the increasing number of students opting for these courses, prompting colleges to include them in their academic offerings.
Despite expectations of declining applicants due to the prevailing IT industry scenario, Principal GT Thampi from Thadomal Shahani College of Engineering noted a contrary trend. The perception of AI as the future, bolstered by success stories of tech giants like NVIDIA and Open AI, has fueled continued demand for these courses.
