The State CET Cell Maharashtra has released the MAH NEET UG 2026 Round 1 seat allotment result on medical2026.mahacet.org. Allotted candidates must complete college reporting, document verification and fee payment by September 4, 2026, 5:30 PM.

Maharashtra's State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has released the MAH NEET UG 2026 allotment result. Round 1 seat allotment is out at medical2026.mahacet.org. The result was declared on August 30, 2026. It falls under the state Centralised Admission Process (CAP).
Allotted candidates must report at the college by September 4, 2026. Physical reporting begins on August 31, 2026. The joining window closes at 5:30 PM on the last day. Reporting covers document verification and payment of the institute fee.

Courses Covered Under CAP Round 1
The Round 1 allotment covers admissions to nine health science programmes. These include MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS and BUMS. Physiotherapy (BPTH), Occupational Therapy (BOTH), BASLP and B.Sc. Nursing are also included. The allotment applies to government, corporation and private unaided colleges.
How to Check MAH NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Allotment Result?
Candidates can follow the steps below to view the allotment letter.
- Visit the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org.
- Select the degree type and course applied for.
- Enter the CAP application number and NEET UG roll number.
- Enter the All India Rank and captcha code.
- Download and print the provisional allotment letter for records.

What Are the Freeze and Upgradation Options?
Candidates who accept the allotted seat have two options at reporting. Both options need fee payment and document submission at the college.
- Freeze: Accept the seat and submit the Status Retention Form. The candidate exits further CAP rounds.
- Hold for Upgradation: Report and pay the fee. Skip the Status Retention Form to stay eligible for Round 2 upgrade.
Which Documents Are Required at the College?
Candidates must carry all original documents at reporting. Two sets of self-attested photocopies are also needed.
- CAP Provisional Allotment Letter
- NEET UG 2026 Admit Card and Rank Card
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets with certificates
- Maharashtra Domicile Certificate
- Caste, Non-Creamy Layer or EWS certificate, where applicable
- Medical Fitness Certificate from an authorised medical officer
- Aadhaar Card and a government-issued photo identity proof
Missing the September 4 deadline means the allotted seat is forfeited. The seat then moves to the vacancy pool for Round 2. The CET Cell does not grant manual extensions after the cut-off time.

- Log in to medical2026.mahacet.org and download the allotment letter.
- Arrange all original documents and two sets of photocopies.
- Get the Medical Fitness Certificate from an authorised medical officer.
- Keep the institute fee ready in the accepted payment mode.
- Report to the allotted college before 5:30 PM on September 4, 2026.
- Choose the Freeze or Hold for Upgradation option at the desk.
The CET Cell will publish the Round 2 CAP schedule and vacancy list after September 4. Candidates should track medical2026.mahacet.org for the next notification.
