CEE Kerala will conduct a Stray Vacancy Round of admission after the 3rd round of counselling in case of vacant seats.

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the third phase allotment list for MBBS/BDS courses (2025-26) on its official website cee.kerala.gov.in.
The selected candidates must report to the allotted college from November 4 to 8, 2025.
The allotment was made after removing AIQ-joined candidates and resolving valid complaints from the provisional list published on October 30, 2025.
Candidates can download their allotment memo and data sheet from the candidate portal, which includes details like name, roll number, allotted course, college, category, and fee.

Those who have received an allotment must pay the required fee and join the allotted college. SC/ST/OEC/Fishermen category candidates and those under specific government orders are exempted from paying fees, except for seats under the Minority/NRI quota. Candidates who fail to join within the deadline will lose their allotment and higher options, and liquidated damages will apply. If vacancies remain, they will be filled through a Stray Vacancy Allotment, for which fresh option registration will be opened.
However, candidates already allotted in the third phase or holding AIQ seats will not be eligible for the stray vacancy process.
