During reporting, candidates must carry all required documents in original along with self-attested photocopies. This includes the allotment letter, payment receipt of the seat acceptance fee, academic certificates, identity proofs, caste/category certificates (if applicable), domicile proof, and any additional documents specified by the respective institutes. Verification at the institute level is mandatory for confirming admission.
The Round 2 allotment marks an important phase in the JEPBN 2025 counselling process, especially for candidates who were either not allotted a seat in the earlier round or opted for an upgrade. After the completion of reporting and admissions under Round 2, WBJEEB is expected to release further updates regarding subsequent rounds or any mop-up process, depending on seat availability.
Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates, instructions, and announcements to ensure a smooth admission process.
