KEA Releases Admission Notification for PG AYUSH Courses 2023-24; Check Schedule Below

New Delhi: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has issued an admission announcement for postgraduate programs in Ayurveda, Unani, Homoeopathy, Yoga, and Naturopathy Courses for the academic year 2023-24. The admissions adhere to the criteria established by AACCC, Ministry of AYUSH, New Delhi.

In government institutions, 15% of the seats are reserved for the All India Quota, while 85% are designated for the state quota. In private institutions, KEA is responsible for filling all seats for Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, and Unani, along with 25% of the Yoga and Naturopathy seats. Individuals who have successfully passed AIAPGET-2023 can apply online for PG AYUSH seats.

It should be noted that the eligibility criteria for SC/ST/Cat-1/2A/2B/3A/3B candidates from Karnataka apply specifically to those belonging to the SC/ST/OBC categories.

Further, it should be noted that the candidacy is provisional and relies on meeting the AIAPGET-2023 eligibility requirements. Moreover, provisional admission is contingent upon approval by NCISM /NCH/ Government/ Competent Authority/Universities. Completion of registration and document verification does not guarantee admission to Karnataka AYUSH PG MD and MS courses.

How to Apply for Karnataka AYUSH NEET PG Counselling 2023? 

Following are the steps to apply online for the Karnataka AYUSH NEET PG Counselling 2023. 

Step 1: Initiate the process by visiting the official Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) website. Simply type 'http://kea.kar.nic.in' in your web browser.

Step 2: Thoroughly examine the eligibility criteria to confirm compliance. Pay particular attention to academic qualifications and the specific criteria for different categories such as SC/ST/Cat-1/2A/2B/3A/3B.

Step 3: Click on the appropriate link to commence the registration process. Follow the on-screen instructions to input your personal particulars and academic details. Ensure accurate and complete information submission.

Step 4: Complete the registration fee payment using the online gateway before the stipulated deadline. The fee is INR 2,000 for most candidates and INR 1,000 for SC/ST and Cat-1 Karnataka candidates. Ensure payment is finalized by the deadline, usually before November 3, 2023.

Step 5: Once the registration is successful, review the document verification schedule available on the KEA website. Prepare the required documents for verification, typically encompassing educational certificates and other pertinent paperwork.

Step 6: Keep in mind that the registration and document verification process do not assure admission. Candidature is provisional, and admission hinges on meeting AIAPGET-2023 criteria and obtaining approval from the pertinent authorities.
