KEA opens option-entry on November 18 and releases mock allotment results on November 21 for Karnataka NEET PG 2025.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the schedule for Round 1 of the NEET PG 2025 counselling for non-in-service candidates in Karnataka, covering MD, MS and DNB admissions.
The option-entry window begins on November 18, 2025, and the mock allotment results will be published on November 21, 2025. Candidates must complete all steps, including preference entry and verification, to stay eligible.
This schedule is for non-in-service candidates applying for MD, MS, and DNB courses through NEET PG 2025 in Karnataka under state quota/private colleges. The counselling is being conducted by KEA for state-quota seats.

What Next For Karnataka NEET PG 2025 Candidates?
After completing the verification step, Karnataka NEET PG 2025 candidates should log in to the KEA portal and submit their course and college preferences between November 18 and November 20 (4 pm).
Once the mock allotment results are released on November 21, candidates need to review their tentative allotment and use the option-change window from November 21 to November 24 to update or reorder their choices.
They should also prepare for the provisional seat allotment on November 25 and the final seat allotment on November 26. KEA has advised candidates to check the official website regularly, as Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted holidays will be treated as working days during the counselling process.
Once the final allotment list is out on November 26, candidates who secure a seat must complete document verification, fee payment, and reporting to the allotted college as per the next schedule, which KEA will notify soon. Staying alert for updates on the KEA website is essential.
