J&K NEET Counselling: JKBOPEE Invites Offline Applications for Admission to BHMS Course at Government Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Kathua

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) invites applications for the Bachelor in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) program at the newly established Government Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Kathua. The admissions are open for the academic session 2024-2025, as per Notification No. 157-BOPEE of 2024, dated 07-11-2024.

This initiative follows the recent approval from the Health and Medical Education Department, UT of J&K (Letter No. HD-Ism/184/2024-02) and the National Commission for Homeopathy (Letter No. F.No.-4-7/2024-25/NCH). Eligible candidates who have achieved the minimum qualifying score in NEET UG 2024 are encouraged to apply if they have not previously registered for counseling.

JKBOPEE BHMS Application Details

• Application Dates: 08-11-2024 to 12-11-2024 (till 4:00 p.m.)

• Application Mode: Offline; candidates must submit their documents physically at the BOPEE offices in Jammu or Srinagar.

JKBOPEE BHMS Cutoff

Candidates must have obtained the minimum NEET UG 2024 cut-off scores, as detailed below:

Candidates who have already registered for NEET MBBS/BDS or NEET UG Ayush (BAMS/BUMS)/BPT Courses 2024 and appear in PML notified by JKBOPEE need not apply again. However, those with pending document deficiencies in previous applications may still participate, provided they clear deficiencies in person at the BOPEE office.

Documents Required for JKBOPEE BHMS Counselling  

Candidates must submit the following documents along with their application form (Annexure A):

• NEET UG 2024 Score Card

• 10+2 Marks Card

• Domicile Certificate (for UT of J&K)

  • ST Category Certificate (for candidates from UT of Ladakh)

• Category Certificate (if applicable)

• Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation)

JKBOPEE BHMS Counseling Fee

For candidates participating in the counseling for the first time, a fee of Rs. 1500 is required, payable via POS machines available at the BOPEE offices in Jammu or Srinagar.
