JKBOPEE has released Provisional Selection List after Stray Round II Counseling for BAMS/BUMS/BPT and Mop-Up Round Counseling for BHMS. Eligible candidates must report to their allotted colleges by December 7, 2024, 4:00 PM.

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the provisional selection lists for admissions to BAMS, BUMS, BPT, and BHMS courses in government and private colleges in the Union Territory after Stray Round II and Mop-Up Round of Physical Counselling. The selection lists are available on the official JKBOPEE website. Eligible candidates are required to report to their allotted colleges by December 7, 2024, 4:00 PM to complete their admission formalities.

Key Highlights of the Notification

  1. Round Conducted:
    • Stray Round II for BAMS/BUMS/BPT seats.
    • Mop-Up Round for BHMS seats at Govt. Medical College and Hospital, Kathua.
  2. Reporting Deadline:

    All provisionally selected candidates must report to their respective allotted colleges along with the required documents by December 7, 2024, or else they will forfeit their seats and further

Documents Required for Reporting

The following original documents are required to be carried by candidates, along with their self-attested photocopies for verification:

  1. Domicile Certificate
  2. 12th Class Marksheet
  3. Date of Birth Certificate (or 10th Class Marksheet)
  4. Category Certificate, if applicable
  5. NEET UG 2024 Scorecard
  6. Any document that is sought by the college authorities.

Key Instructions for Candidates and Colleges

  1. Admission Process:

    The admission of candidates is provisional and subject to verification of documents. Candidates furnishing false or fabricated information will face cancellation of admission and legal consequences.

  2. College Role:
    • Heads of institutions must verify candidates’ eligibility and documents, especially category certificates, before granting admission.
    • Colleges must report any shortfall in admissions via email to JKBOPEE by 5:00 PM on December 7, 2024.
  3. Facilities for Admission:

    Admission counters at colleges will remain operational even on holidays to ensure that candidates can complete the process in time.

  4. PwD Verification:

    Institutions must ensure that candidates under the PwD category meet eligibility benchmarks as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. If discrepancies are found, the seat will be declared vacant for future rounds.

BHMS Admissions under All India Quota (AIQ)

In addition to state counselling, JKBOPEE has invited non-domicile candidates to apply for BHMS seats under the All India Quota (AIQ) at Government Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Kathua.

Application Process for AIQ Seats:

  • Candidates must send their documents via email to ayushbopeeaiq2425@gmail.com by December 6, 2024.

    • 10+2 Marksheet
    • Domicile/Resident Certificate
    • Category Certificate (if applicable)
    • Date of Birth Certificate
