AP NEET UG Phase 2 Provisional Allotment 2026 Out; Raise Objections by 3 PM Today

The Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada, has issued a fresh notification. NTRUHS has released the AP NEET UG Phase 2 provisional allotment 2026. The list is for MBBS seats under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ).

Candidates can view the allotment on drntr.uhsap.in the official NTRUHS portal. The objection window closes at 3 PM today, September 21, 2026.

The Phase 2 round fills seats left vacant after Phase 1. It also covers seats from non-joining and the Free Exit facility. The list includes government, private unaided non-minority, and minority medical colleges.

Who Can Participate in Phase 2 Counselling?

NTRUHS has set strict eligibility rules for the Phase 2 round. The rules follow the AP NEET UG 2026 merit list order.

• Candidates on the final merit list dated August 29, 2026
• Candidates on any addendum lists later issued by NTRUHS
• Phase 1 allotted candidates who did not report or join

Candidates who used the Free Exit facility after Phase 1 are barred. Their names will not appear in Phase 2 or later phases.

How to Check the AP NEET UG Phase 2 Provisional Allotment?

Candidates can view their allotment status in a few clear steps.

1. Visit the official NTRUHS portal at drntr.uhsap.in.
2. Click on the AP NEET UG Phase 2 provisional allotment link.
3. Enter the NEET UG 2026 roll number and required details.
4. View the allotted college, course, and category on screen.
5. Download and save a copy for further reference.

How to Raise Objections on the Provisional Allotment?

Candidates who spot errors in the list must act at once. The objection window shuts at 3 PM today, September 21, 2026.

1. Log in to the NTRUHS portal using the registered credentials.
2. Open the objection or grievance link for Phase 2 allotment.
3. Select the issue and upload any supporting document.
4. Submit the objection before the 3 PM cut-off time.
5. Save the acknowledgement reference for later follow-up.

What Are the Fee and Reporting Requirements?

Selected candidates must pay the prescribed university fee to NTRUHS. The university fee stands at Rs 12,600 for Phase 2 seats. Candidates who paid the fee in Phase 1 need not pay again. This rule applies even when the college or seat category changes.

Further reporting instructions will follow the final allotment list. Candidates should keep original certificates and identity proofs ready in advance.
