IIT Mandi Short-Term Certification Course in Machine Learning Admission 2024 Open; Apply till Jan 12

New Delhi: The Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi is inviting applications for admission to its Short-term certification course in Machine learning and IoT-based Automation. Interested candidates can apply online till January 12, 2024. 

IIT Mandi will be commencing the on-month courses from January 15, 2024. These training programs have been launched in collaboration with Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam (HPKVN). The programmes aim to provide valuable skills and knowledge to participants, fostering professional development and contributing to the overall advancement of education and vocational training in the region.

There is no fee required for enrollment to these courses. Teachers, trainers and working professionals in the field of engineering, BCA, MCA, ITI, polytechnic can register for the courses. 

The focus of these programmes will be on soft skills, English speaking, interview preparation, personality development, group discussions, entrepreneurship skills, and startup support will be provided for the holistic development and career success of the candidates.

Certification in Machine Learning Program

Students will learn mathematical foundations, python programming, statistical foundations and visualisation data, visualisation and pre-processing machines, learning and applications and others areas.

Certification in IoT Based Automation Program

In this training programme, you will be given domain sessions on Python Programming, Android Application Development, Web Development, Computer Vision, and over 10 IOT Projects.

These elements will help you not only learning theoretical concepts but also gaining practical skills that are directly applicable in the industry. The combination of programming, application development, web development, and hands-on lab sessions will prepare you for a diverse set of challenges that you may encounter in the IoT field.
