IIM Jammu EMBA 2026 Entrance Exam on May 31

IIM Jammu will conduct the IIM Jammu Admission Test (IIMJAT) for admission to its Executive MBA programme (Cohort 6) on May 31, 2026. The two-year programme is offered for the 2026-28 batch, with classes scheduled to commence in July 2026.

The Executive MBA programme is aimed at working professionals seeking managerial and leadership advancement without taking a career break. The curriculum follows a blended learning format with live online sessions along with campus immersion at IIM Jammu.

Candidates with valid CAT, GMAT, or GRE scores obtained within the last three years can apply using those scores instead of appearing for the IIMJAT. The entrance test assesses candidates in Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, and Logical Reasoning.

IIM Jammu EMBA 2026 Entrance Test Pattern and Format

The IIM Jammu Admission Test (IIMJAT) for Executive MBA admissions will be conducted on May 31, 2026. The entrance examination is designed to assess managerial aptitude, analytical thinking, and communication skills of working professionals applying for the programme.

The test consists of the following three sections: Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning. The examination will be conducted in online mode. Candidates will be required to appear for the test as per the schedule communicated by IIM Jammu.

What’s Next for Students

Selection will be based on entrance test performance, academic profile, and personal interview. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews conducted by IIM Jammu faculty members. The merit list is expected to be announced in June 2026.

The total fee for the two-year Executive MBA programme is ₹11,72,650, covering tuition, academic services, study material, and boarding/lodging during campus immersion. Travel expenses for campus visits will have to be borne separately by participants.
