New Delhi: As per the latest updates, IIM Ahmedabad has recently introduced four new elective courses on Real Estate offered within its MBA Programs to address the growing focus on luxury segments and premium homes.
IIM Ahmedabad’s newly launched core and elective courses in various MBA programs include 1-year MBA-PGPX, 2-year MBA-PGP, and 2-year MBA-FABM. These courses will be offered by IIM Ahmedabad Members, Prof Prashant Das and Prof Abhiman Das.
In addition to IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore has also taken the initiative to offer real estate elective courses along with CEPT University, NICMAR University, RICS School of Build Environment, and NMIMS. These institutes offer these courses to cover the growing industry demands.

Informing about the institute’s achievement in the real estate domain, Prof Prashant Das of IIMA said, “We are proud to announce that ten IIMA students have earned the Alpha Sigma Gamma (International Real Estate Honour) from the American Real Estate Society (IIM-A, MBA programs, ARES) this year. This is the first time outside of the US/Switzerland that students are being recognized for their academic achievements in real estate by this internationally leading organization.”

We are delighted to have a chapter of ASG (Alpha Sigma Gamma of American Real Estate Society) at IIM Ahmedabad.
