IIIT Lucknow has released the BTech 2026 physical reporting schedule. Selected candidates must report to the Chak Ganjaria campus branch-wise from August 21 to August 25 2026 with original documents and institute fee.

Indian Institute of Information Technology Lucknow (IIITL) has issued a reporting notice. The notice covers all four BTech branches for the 2026 intake. IIITL has posted branch-wise dates on its official portal iiitl.ac.in. Candidates admitted through JoSAA and CSAB counselling are affected.
Reporting will begin on August 21 and end on August 25 2026. Each BTech branch has its own designated reporting day at the campus. Candidates who miss the assigned date may lose their allotted seat. Original documents and the institute fee must be brought during reporting.
Seat allocation is based on Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main merit ranks. The counselling is handled by JoSAA and the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB). Reporting is the final step to confirm admission at IIITL.

IIIT Lucknow BTech Programmes Covered
IIITL currently runs four BTech programmes at the Chak Ganjaria campus. Each is a four-year full-time engineering degree. The branches vary in specialisation but share a common first-year foundation.
- BTech in Computer Science, launched in 2019.
- BTech in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, launched in 2020.
- BTech in Information Technology, the institute's oldest programme since 2015.
- BTech in Computer Science and Business, launched in 2021.
IIITL has assigned a single reporting day to each BTech branch. There is no buffer window if a candidate misses the assigned date. Travel and documentation must therefore be planned well in advance.
