Candidates seeking admission to the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade Post Graduate Diploma Management in Human Resource Diploma in Management and International Business program must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Passed any bachelor's degree that lasted at least three years, as well as three years of appropriate managerial/supervisory experience.
• Sponsored candidates must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of admission.
