IGDTUW has released the list of candidates shortlisted for PhD interviews in various disciplines. The interviews are scheduled to take place on January 20 and 21, 2025, at the IGDTUW campus in physical mode.
Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) has published the list of applicants shortlisted for PhD interviews for the upcoming Winter Session 2024-25. The interviews for the shortlisted candidates will be conducted on January 20 & 21, 2025, at the university.

IGDTUW PhD Interview Guidelines
Candidates must follow the below-mentioned guidelines at the time of the interview:
- All candidates who have been selected for interviews must arrive at the above-mentioned location at least 30 minutes before the planned interview time.
- Applicants who do not have their original documents with them will not be permitted to attend the interview.
- On the relevant date, document verification will take place at 10:00 AM.
- An applicant may not be permitted to attend the interview if she does not meet the requirements for admission to the Ph.D. program as stated in the IGDTUW Admission Brochure, Winter Session-2024.
- Candidates should prepare a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation on any field-related research topic.
- Candidate need to come prepared with a one page write up on proposed research problem and duly filled “Registration Form at The Time of Ph.D. Interview” (ANNEXURE-B attached in this file below).
IGDTUW PhD Interview Documents Required
Candidates must have the below-mentioned documents with them at the time of admission.
- Please submit two copies of the printed PDF application form, signed by the applicant, and two passport-sized pictures.
- Application Fee Details
- Please provide an original and self-attested copy of your identity proof, such as a passport, Aadhar card, driving license, voter ID, or PAN card.
- Please provide an original and self-attested copy of your GATE, JRF, or NET scorecard, as applicable.
- Original and self-attested copies of mark sheets and degrees from 12th, UG, and PG exams.
- Applicants who are awaiting results must provide an original, self-attested copy of their pre-final year/semester (whenever applicable).
- Please provide an original and self-attested copy of your class 10th certificate or mark-sheet to verify your date of birth.
- Proof of CGPA/FGPA conversion to Percentage (if applicable).
