Vellore Institute of Technology Master's Entrance Examination (VITMEE) is the gateway for admission to several postgraduate courses at VIT, including M.Des Industrial Design and M.Sc (AI & ML, Data Science).

The application fee for VITMEE for M.Sc. and M.Des. programs, the application fee is ₹1,200 for all category candidates. Payment can be made online via net banking, credit/debit card, or UPI.

VITMEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For M.Des Industrial Design: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, or Architecture from a recognized university. A minimum aggregate score of 60% (or equivalent CGPA) is required.

For M.Sc (AI & ML, Data Science): Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology with Mathematics as a subject. A minimum aggregate score of 60% (or equivalent CGPA) is mandatory.

VITMEE 2026 - How to Apply?

• Visit the official VIT admissions portal at vit.ac.in.

• Register for VITMEE by filling out the online application form.

• Upload required documents such as mark sheets, ID proof, and category certificate (if applicable).

• Pay the application fee online.

• Select the desired course (M.Des Industrial Design or M.Sc AI & ML/Data Science) during the application process.

• Submit the form and download the confirmation for future reference.
