After completing the initial sign-up using basic personal details, mobile number, and email ID, candidates must log in with their newly created credentials and fill out their personal, educational, and internship information.

They must then upload scanned copies of required documents such as their MBBS degree certificate, internship completion certificate, NEET PG 2025 scorecard, photo identity proof, and category certificate if applicable. Once the form is filled correctly, candidates need to pay the applicable fee through the available online payment methods. After successful payment, they must proceed to choice filling, where they can select their preferred courses and colleges in order of priority. It is extremely important for candidates to lock their choices before the deadline on 20 November 2025; otherwise, the portal will not consider their preferences during the allotment process.

Finally, after submitting the form, candidates should download and print the confirmation page for future reference, especially at the time of physical reporting. This revised counselling schedule is a crucial update for all HP NEET PG aspirants, as missing these new deadlines may disqualify them from Round 1 of the state counselling. Therefore, candidates are advised to regularly visit the AMRUHP website, follow the updated timelines carefully, and complete the application process without any delay to secure their chance of admission into postgraduate medical courses for the 2025 academic session.
