Himachal Institute of Dental Sciences BDS and MDS Admission Open; Check Full Schedule Here

New Delhi: Himachal Institute of Dental Sciences has announced the Round 2 Seat Allotment Result for MCC NEET UG Counseling 2023 for the BDS program on August 18, 2023. Candidates who have appeared for the BDS admission 2023 Counselling can visit the official website @hids.ac.in. 

The Himachal Institute of Dental Sciences has released the Round 02 Provisional Merit List on August 18, and will release the Final Merit list on August 21, 2023. The Round 2 Counselling and Choice Filling will take place between August 22 and 24, 2023. 

The allocation of provisional BDS seats for the Round 2 will be determined on August 26, 2023. Following that, the allocation of final seats for the Round 2 will be out on August 30, 2023. Candidates who are allotted seats during this round have until September 1 to 4, 2023, to complete the joining process.

The institute will display the seat vacancy on September 5, 2023. Subsequently, the 3rd Round Counselling, where candidates can fill choices and preferences, will be held from September 5 to 6, 2023.

Documents Required for HIDS BDS Admission 2023 Counseling

Following are the necessary documents required for the BDS /MBBS counselling session 2023-24 in Himachal Pradesh (maximum size 2MB):

• NEET 2023 Admit card
• NEET Scorecard
• Valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driver's License)
• Document validating Date of Birth (10th-grade certificate, Birth Certificate)
• Proof of Address
• 10th-grade certificate
• 12th-grade certificate
• Domicile Certificate from the respective state or Aadhar Card
• Evidence of category (if applicable)
• Photograph (not exceeding 100kb)
• Signature (maximum 100kb)

HIDS MDS Admission 2023 Counselling Schedule 

Earlier, the Candidates had the chance to indicate their choices and preferences for MDS course and colleges from August 8 to August 10, 2023, and the final seat allocation for the 1st round of counseling was released on August 17, 2023. 

Subsequently, candidates allotted seats during this round were required to report to their respective colleges or courses between August 19 and August 20, 2023. Further, the filling of fresh online counseling forms for the Round 2, will take place from August 22 to August 24, 2023. 

Following that, candidates have the option to indicate their choices and preferences once again from August 29 to September 1, 2023. Similarly, the Round 2 of counseling will conclude with the final seat allocation on September 8, 2023 and the candidates who are allotted seats must report for admission to their respective colleges or courses from September 10 to September 11, 2023. Lastly, the 3rd round of counseling for MDS will occur from September 13 to September 15, 2023.

Step 2: Select the course you wish to apply for.

Step 3: Register using valid credentials and login to fill the form

Step 4: Upload the documents and submit the form

Step 5: Pay the application fee and take a printout of the form.
