Haryana NEET UG Stray Round Counselling 2025 Schedule Out; Check Important Dates Here

Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (UHSR), Haryana, has announced the schedule for the NEET UG 2025 Stray Round Counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions.

The notification has been released on the official website of UHSR, Haryana, @uhsrugcounselling.com.

Eligible candidates can complete registration and choice filling for the Haryana NEET UG stray round until November 15, 2025.

After completing the registration process, the seat allotment results will be published on November 17, 2025.

The registration fee for Haryana NEET UG Stray Round Counselling 2025 is ₹2,500 for General category candidates, ₹1,250 for SC, BC, EWS, and Physically Handicapped candidates of Haryana, and ₹10,000 for NRI candidates.

This fee is non-refundable and must be paid online during registration on the official portal of Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

This counselling process is intended for candidates who have not been allotted a seat in previous rounds or those who have not yet secured admission to any medical or dental college under the state quota.

Haryana NEET UG Counselling for MBBS and BDS courses is based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG), the single national-level exam for undergraduate medical and dental admissions across India. The stray round provides a final opportunity for eligible candidates to claim remaining vacant seats in government, government-aided, private, and deemed universities within Haryana.

Candidates who have already secured a seat in any other round or in another state are not eligible to participate in this round as per the counselling guidelines.

To register for the Haryana NEET UG Stray Round, candidates must visit the official portal, fill in the online registration form, upload required documents, and pay the prescribed counselling fee. They must carefully fill in their preferred choices of colleges and courses before the deadline. After the registration and choice-filling process, officials will prepare the merit list and release the provisional seat allotment results. Candidates allotted a seat must complete further admission formalities, including document verification and fee payment, within the given timeframe to confirm admission. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the allotted seat, which may then be given to another candidate in order of merit.
