Haryana NEET UG 2026 Round 1 registration is open at uhsrugcounselling.com till August 31. Seat allotment will be released on September 2 and reporting runs from September 6 to 9. Fee is Rs 2500 for General and Rs 1250 for reserved.
The Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS), Rohtak has opened the fresh registration window for Haryana NEET Undergraduate (UG) Counselling 2026 Round 1. Candidates can register on the official portal at uhsrugcounselling.com. The registration and choice filling window is active from August 28, 2026 to August 31, 2026 up to 11:59 PM.
Round 1 covers the 85 percent state quota seats across government, government-aided and private medical and dental colleges in Haryana. Management quota seats for candidates without a Haryana domicile are also part of this round. Only candidates who qualified NEET UG 2026 are eligible to apply.

Counselling Registration Fee
The counselling fee for General and Unreserved category candidates is Rs 2,500. Candidates belonging to Haryana SC, BC or EWS categories pay Rs 1,250. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online during registration through the payment gateway on the portal.
How to Register for Haryana NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Counselling?
Candidates must complete the entire process on the official UHSR portal within the registration window. The steps to register are listed below.
- Visit the official website at uhsrugcounselling.com.
- Click on the fresh registration link for Round 1 counselling.
- Enter a valid email ID and mobile number to create the account.
- Fill in personal, academic and category details as per NEET UG records.
- Upload the passport size photograph, signature and category documents.
- Pay the counselling fee online through the available payment modes.
- Submit and lock the college and course choices before the deadline.

Documents Required for Verification
- NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and passing certificates
- Haryana domicile certificate, where applicable
- Category certificate for SC or Other SC Deprived candidates
- Creamy or Non-Creamy Layer certificate for BCA and BCB candidates, issued after April 1, 2026
- Income and Asset certificate for EWS candidates, issued after April 1, 2026
- Valid government-issued photo identity proof
