Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has announced the counselling schedule for admissions to the Lateral Entry Bachelor of Pharmacy (L.E. B.Pharm) program (CET Code 138) for the 2024-25 academic year.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, GGSIPU officially releases the counselling schedule for the admissions into Lateral Entry to Bachelor of Pharmacy (L.E. B.Pharm) program (CET Code 138) for the academic session 2024-25. Seat allotments will be done by university as per the CET merit lists for the applicants of the programme.

Counseling Details

Candidates who have qualified the CET successfully are called to take part in the counseling process as scheduled below:

The seat allotment will strictly be based on merit, regional quota, and applicable reservation categories, namely, GEN/SC/ST/PWD/DEF as considered during the counselling. Candidates have to report at their respective allotted counselling venue at the scheduled time.

Eligibility Criteria

All D. Pharma graduates of PCI affiliated institutions recognized in terms of Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 are eligible to apply to enter the L.E. B. Pharm program.

Documents Required for Counselling/Admissions

Candidates must bring the following documents for verification during counselling:

  1. Four passport-size photographs
  2. A demand draft of ₹97,000/- (₹96,000/- + ₹1,000/- non-refundable counselling participation fee), payable to "Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University" at Delhi
  3. CET Rank 2024
  4. Medical Certificate (Appendix 5 from the Admission Brochure 2024-25) – Original
  5. Admission Verification Form (Appendix 6 from the Admission Brochure 2024-25) – Original
  6. Preference Sheet – Original
  7. 10th Class Certificate as proof of date of birth
  8. D.Pharm Degree
  9. Detailed marksheets of qualifying examinations
  10. Reserved Category Certificate (SC/ST/PWD/DEF), if applicable, issued by a competent authority
  11. Character Certificate (not older than six months)

Vacant Seat Status

The status of vacant seats will be displayed at the counselling venue. Additional information on the reservation policy is available in the Admission Brochure 2024-25.

Reporting and Admission Process

Students who get seats in round one of counseling need to report to the allotted college by or before October 23, 2024. Counseling fee payable needs to be made by demand draft.

Withdrawal of Admission

Candidates, who wish to withdraw admission, can do so up to 3.00 pm on October 25, 2024. The withdrawal shall be done in person at University Facilitation Centre, Sector 16C, Dwarka, New Delhi, by showing the original admission slip along with the withdrawal form sent along with the Admission Brochure 2024-25 .
