Global Academy of Technology (GAT), Bangalore is inviting applications for UG and PG Engineering courses and MBA program for 2025. The courses are approved degree programs affiliated to VTU.

GAT Bangalore UG Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have passed 10 + 2 examinations in Karnataka or any other State Board or CBSE or any other equivalent examination as recognised by Visveswaraya Technology University.
• A minimum of 45% marks should be obtained in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Electronics or Computer Science as a mandate.
• Admissions will be done on the basis of CET/ COMEDK or through Management seats.

GAT Bangalore PG Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria

M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who have obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks together in all the subjects in all the years in their 4-year degree course (B.E.) are eligible for admission. 45% marks in the case of SC, ST, and Category-I candidates.
• Candidates with valid GATE score or PGCET rank are eligible to seek admission under the Government Quota.
• Candidates with valid GATE scores need not appear for Karnataka PGCET and will be given preference over the others. To receive a GATE Scholarship, a candidate must have a valid GATE Score.

M.Sc. Eligibility Criteria

• Admission to the M.Sc.(Engineering) by Research is open to candidates who have passed B.E./B.Tech. Examination of VTU or B.E./B.Tech of any other University, recognised by VTU/AICTE as equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
• Relaxation to the extent of 10% will be allowed for candidates belonging to SC/ST and any other category as notified by the Government of Karnataka from time to time.

MBA Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate who has passed a recognized Bachelor’s Degree (like BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, etc..) of a minimum of 3 years or equivalent examination or higher degree like B.E., M.Tech, ME, etc. with an aggregate minimum of 50% marks in all the subjects including languages in all the years of the Degree Examination is eligible for admission to MBA courses.
• 45% of marks in the qualifying examination for SC, ST, and Category-I of Karnataka candidates.
• Candidates must have a valid PGCET/KMAT score/rank.
