The spot round is open to candidates who were eligible under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) 2026 but did not secure a seat in the first three allotment rounds. Who Is Eligible for the DU BTech Spot Round 1?

Only candidates who registered under the CSAS 2026 process can take part in this spot round. Applicants must have a valid JEE Main 2026 score and must meet the eligibility norms notified by the Faculty of Technology.

Candidates who accepted and joined a seat in an earlier round are not eligible. Withdrawn candidates and those with an active spot-eligible status can opt in through their CSAS dashboard.

How to Register for the DU BTech Spot Round 1 2026?

The registration process is entirely online. Candidates should keep their CSAS application number, password, and JEE Main 2026 credentials ready.

What Happens After Registration?

Failure to complete seat acceptance, document verification, or fee payment within the deadline will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
