In a key change this year, the CBSE Board has revised its procedure for handling student grievances related to Class 10 and 12 results. According to the updated guidelines, students must now first obtain a photocopy of their evaluated answer sheet before applying for mark verification or re-evaluation.
This marks a departure from the earlier process, where students initially applied for mark verification, then requested their answer scripts, and finally sought re-evaluation. The revised sequence aims to make the grievance process more transparent and informed.
CBSE has made available the DigiLocker security 6-digit security PIN, also known as ‘access codes’, required to access digital versions of key academic documents, including the board examination mark sheet.
