The CBSE board has asked schools to streamline the process of observations. Schools can upload their observations to the Online Exam Center Management System (OECMS) on the same day of the exam. Read full details here!

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notification to schools inviting observations on the CBSE Board Exam 2024 Question Papers. According to the official notification, the board faced issues while receiving feedback and issued a notice to clarify.
The observations by the schools should be uploaded to the Online Exam Center Management System (OECMS) on the same day as the CBSE Board Examination 2024. CBSE will not take action if the observations are not received on time, are not following the board’s instructions, or are unclear.
As per the official notice by the board, “You are aware that the board exams for classes 10 and 12 have started. Every year, affiliated schools send their observations, to the CBSE on the question paper in OEMS.”

The board sent another notice after seeing that schools were sending observations to multiple email addresses that were not intended for that use. The board also mentioned that the observations were sent ambiguously and delayed after a few days.
The exam board has decided to improve this process and has asked school principals to take actions, like sending information to qpobservation@cbseshiksha.in and recoding the issues on OECMS, to resolve these concerns.
