His qualifications include Ph.D. in Commerce Finance Specialization, M.Com Marketing Specialization, MBA Finance Specialization, and Tally Certified Professional from Tally India private Ltd., Ph.D. from Telangana University in February -2019 with the title “Performance of Information Technology Companies in Stock Market”- A Select Study. He has having more than 40 publications in UGC recognized journals, International conference, National Conference and Seminars. He Attended and Presented various FDP, workshops and conducted various National level seminars and Conference, International conference and Faculty development Programs. He was associated with Avanthi Degree and P.G College as a Vice Principal, He was associated with Nalla Narashima Reddy Engineering college worked for 7.5 years as Associate Professor and HOD, Department of MBA, and In Guru Nanak Engineering College as Assistant Professor for 3 years and he was Expert in dealing in subjects like Finance subjects, Marketing Management and other core of MBA, M.Com and BBA papers. He has also qualified FET-2010, conducted by JNTUH and OU Ratified Faculty at Avanthi College & IRDA-2006 Qualified. He was associated with HDFC Standard Life Insurance over 2 years in various capacities like sale development Manager, Financial Analyst and Investment Analyst. In our institute, we have recently introduced new several skill development programs in line with the new education policy. One of our latest offerings is the B.Sc. honors in Computer Science, a four-year integrated program that aligns with the current industry demands. Additionally, we have expanded our BBA program with various specializations, moving beyond the conventional finance and marketing domains. Now, students can choose from specializations like BBA Health Management, BBA Retail Operations, BBA Hotel Management (with focus areas in Food and Beverages, Front Office, and Accommodation Operations), and more. This diversification allows students to explore their interests and tailor their education accordingly. Moreover, we have introduced new programs in BBA and B.Sc., opening up opportunities for students to pursue areas such as Agriculture, Pharmacy Sales, and Quality Control. These additions reflect our commitment to providing a comprehensive and relevant curriculum that meets the evolving needs of the job market. For instance, in our BBA retailing program, students are required to spend three days of the week in an industry setting, gaining hands-on experience and insights into the actual operations and challenges of the retail sector. This exposure allows them to apply the theoretical knowledge they acquire in the classroom to real-life scenarios, enhancing their understanding and skill development. Additionally, students spend the other three days of the week attending college lectures and discussions, where they further consolidate their learning and acquire essential academic knowledge.
