Mrs. G. Srividya Reddy is the granddaughter of the famous Late Sri. G. Pulla Reddy, is a visionary of the highest order with extraordinary insight, extensive knowledge, grounded humility, and compassion. Mrs. Srividya is the daughter of Sri G. Raghava Reddy, a well-known philanthropist and educator. Following the legacy and vision of her grandfather, Mrs. Srividya is passionately committed to working towards the empowerment of women, not only through education but also by actively participating in women-oriented associations like CII-IWN. She currently serves as the Chairperson of CII-IWM (Indian Women Network).

She also serves as the vice-chairman of the various G. Pulla Reddy Educational Institutes like GNITS (G Narayanamma Institute of Technology & Science. Her grandfather established GNITS (1997) and other 10+ educational institutes across southern India under the G Pulla Reddy Charities Trust. The GPR Charities Trust is a Non-profit Organization that empowers women through education and improves the lives of thousands of people through charitable work. In the light of encouraging women entrepreneurs, Mrs. Srividya successfully established an incubation & and acceleration center, "AIC GNITS", where several start-ups are currently being incubated. The objective is to encourage, support, and transform women's ideas into successful start-ups and commercial entities by mentoring, funding, and investing.

Mrs. Srividya is highly educated and believes in putting knowledge into practice. She has a Master's in Business Administration. She is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania and UPenn. Her contribution to the education sector has been recognized through several awards and honors by various institutes. Mrs. G. Srividya Reddy is a lively individual who exudes energy and passion. As the Chairperson of SOIM, ensuring the well-being of our diverse stakeholders—students, faculty, and administration—is of utmost importance.
