Answer: With a Ph.D. from the esteemed University of Hyderabad and an extensive background encompassing more than 19 years of experience in teaching and conducting research in the education sector, I have found a deep-rooted passion for both the art of teaching and the pursuit of academic excellence. This passion has fostered a strong connection with the School of Innovation and Management (SoIM), an exceptional B-School dedicated to empowering women in the realms of education and leadership.

Having previously served as an Associate Dean at Woxsen University, where I played a key role in leading and elevating the standards of higher education, I found myself naturally drawn to the present role at SoIM. The experience gained at Woxsen, combined with the desire to make a meaningful impact on women's education, has been a driving force behind my decision to contribute to SoIM's journey.

SoIM, as a dedicated B-School for women, presents a unique opportunity to not only impart knowledge but also to foster an environment that nurtures innovation, leadership, and personal growth. Early in my life, I discovered a genuine love for education and the process of acquiring knowledge. This realization ignited a passion within me to become an educator and play a role in nurturing young minds.
