Located in the city of Pearls, the School of Innovation & Management is a Hyderabad-based private institution that came into existence in 2022 and offers Post Graduate Diplomas in Management courses in various specializations. The college is a sibling institute of G Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science (GNITS), is approved by AICTE and is managed by the G. Pulla Reddy Charities Trust. Also, admission to the institute’s course is granted based on the score obtained by candidates in their last year’s exam and entrance exams like CAT, GMAT or S-MAT which is conducted by the college itself.

The School of Innovation & Management offers a 2 years PGDM course in 2 specializations, details for which are given below. And with each specialization comes 8-12 weeks of summer internship and a 2-week International Immersion Programme in which students are generally sent to an international partner university of SOIM for 2-3 weeks to learn a specific course recommended by the college or the one that suits their interests.
