Mrs. G Krishna Kavitha is a multifaceted leader who has left an indelible mark in various domains. Her journey commenced as an Audit Assistant at Rayasam and Associates in 2008. Later, she took up the role of a Senior Lecturer at Megha & Omega Group of Institutions, where she excelled for five years. In 2015, she embraced the challenges of HRBP and was Vice Principal at the same institution until 2018. Her versatility led her to explore the legal arena as a Legal Assistant in 2019. Subsequently, she contributed as an Assistant Professor at St. Mary's Degree College. In 2020, she took on the role of General Manager at Robotouch Pvt Ltd. Academically, she holds an MBA in HR from Osmania University, an LLB from Andhra University, an M.COM from Annamalai University, and a B.COM from Osmania University. Notably, she has authored seven impactful publications. Currently, we offer three esteemed undergraduate programs: Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and Bachelor of Commerce with Computer Applications specialization (B.Com CA). Our faculty comprises experienced professionals with diverse teaching backgrounds, ensuring our students receive high-quality education and practical insights. Their expertise plays a pivotal role in preparing students for successful careers. What were the challenges that you faced while inculcating this program into your curriculum?

Inculcating this program into our curriculum posed challenges in curriculum development, faculty training, and resource allocation. Establishing industry connections, gaining approvals, and generating student interest were also significant hurdles. Adapting to evolving industry demands and measuring success were essential considerations. Despite these challenges, we meticulously planned, collaborated with stakeholders, and remained committed to continuous improvement. Overcoming these obstacles allowed us to successfully implement the program, ensuring its relevance and value for our student’s academic and professional growth.

What are the types of projects that the students are working on through this program?

In this program, students from different streams are engaged in diverse projects tailored to their respective fields. For the Computer Department (BCA), projects revolve around cutting-edge technologies like machine learning, artificial intelligence, software development, and data analysis. Students might work on building predictive models, creating intelligent chatbots, or developing web applications. Business Administration (BBA) students tackle marketing-related projects, market research, business plans, and branding strategies.
