How do you envision OBS Degree College adapting to the changing landscape to provide the best educational experience for students?

OBS believes in quality rather than quantity and everyone at OBS, from the lowest to the highest level constantly updates themselves with the current standards, providing their best to students on a one-to-one basis.

As a leader in education, what strategies does OBS Degree College employ to ensure the quality of its academic programs and faculty?

The college makes annual plans that include several academic and extracurricular activities which give a chance to each student in identifying their skill in not just the regular subjects but also contributes to overall development. Even our faculty members undergo regular faculty appraisal programs.

How does OBS Degree College incorporate technology into its teaching methods and administrative processes?

The admission process is clearly explained to students and done with minimal paperwork. The attendance system is perfect with biometrics, with digital classrooms. There are mandatory PPT classes and an updated computer lab with 24 X 7 wifi access which helps students to access the internet for the best of their use in updating themselves.

Industrial tours, and personality development activities regularly on weekends other than organizing one workshop on communication skills every fortnight and one interactive session with international/national speakers every month.

Collaboration and partnerships can enhance an institution's reach and impact. How does OBS College collaborate with other educational institutes industries or organizations to enrich the educational experience?

The institute has collaborated with HMA (Hyderabad Managements Association) and IMA (Indian Management Association) which organizes special activities every week for management students that help them relate to the current industry. Also, OBS is attached to Ramakrishna Muth and students are sent on a regular basis to improve the soft skills. OBS is also attached to various certificate programs for which the students are trained on a regular basis. The students of OBS also visit their sister concerns for youth exchange programs.

With the increasing focus on sustainability and social responsibilities, what steps has OBS Degree College taken to promote environmental awareness and ethical practices among its students and staff?

Conducting awareness campaigns both internal and external on various social issues viz. Violation of Traffic, water pollution, women's safety, anti-plastic with blood donation camps, gender equality, special care for physically challenged students, rights of citizens, and gradation of economically backward classes.

The covid 19 pandemic has disrupted traditional education. How does OBS handle handle the challenges posed by the pandemic and what innovations were introduced to ensure continuous learning?

Every educational institution suffered from post-COVID complications viz. addicted to mobiles, being homesick, not being involved in any physical activities resulting in laziness and non-involvement in curricular activities, and much more. On the contrary, we at OBS have brought remarkable changes in the system of education by conducting physical activities with games, sports, and competitions apart from having a no mobile rule in college premises creating a positive and friendly environment.

Can you share your vision for the future of OBS Degree College and how you plan to achieve it?

OBS is both academically and technically updated and on a constant mission to provide the best to its students by appointing skilled and qualified faculties which is an asset to the management.
