Dr. Madhu Singh is the Head of the Department of the B.A. program at Gautam Buddha Degree College. She holds a PhD in Education, an M.Ed. and a B.Ed. degree, along with two M.A. degrees in Geography and Sanskrit and an undergraduate degree in B.A. Dr. Madhu has attended 14 national and international level seminars, workshops, and webinars. We are establishing partnerships with industry professionals and organisations to understand current trends and best practices in the arts sector. The college also provides ongoing training and workshops for faculty members to enhance teaching methodologies, incorporate innovative pedagogies, and integrate new technologies into the curriculum. We also encourage faculty collaboration and knowledge sharing through regular meetings, conferences, and peer-to-peer mentorship programs. We have implemented feedback mechanisms to gather input from students, alumni, and industry partners to continually improve the program's delivery and relevance.

Through proactive problem-solving, we've enhanced the program to better serve students in the dynamic arts landscape.
