Dr. Ravin Sharma is the Director of Ganesh Educational Institute and Research Centre. He holds an MBBS degree with an MD in Radiology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. Besides his roles as the Director, he also works as a Consultant Radiologist at Ganesh Diagnostic Imaging Centre Pvt. Ltd. He started his career as a Consultant Radiologist in 2001 with Safdarjung Hospital and Hindu Rao Hospital, Delhi and incorporated Ganesh Diagnostic and Imaging Centre Pvt. Ltd in 2001. He has over 22 years of experience in his field. Dr. Sharma holds numerous certifications from The Change Acceleration Process (CAP) in 2018 at Bangalore, Leadership Enhancement & Acceleration Development Program in 2019 at Kolkata, The Change Acceleration Process (CAP) in 2022 at Dubai and the Lean Six Sigma and Design Program in Healthcare by GE Healthcare.Ganesh Educational Institute And Research Centre

By creating a shared vision and engaging the entire GEIRC community, I foster a sense of ownership and collective responsibility towards achieving common goals.

I actively listen to the concerns, ideas, and feedback of all stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and parents. I strongly believe in collaborative decision-making. I value the diverse perspectives and expertise of my team members and involve them in the decision-making process whenever possible. This approach not only generates innovative ideas but also strengthens the overall decision-making process.
