Mr. Anuj Yadav has been working as the Managing Director of Ch. Sughar Singh Group of Institutions, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. As part of his education, Mr. Anuj has done B.Ed, M.Ed, M.Phil and PhD. And he has 10+ years of work experience in the field of academics. Also, before joining the education sector, he was actively engaged in research activities for a decade. How has been your experience in the education sector so far and what makes it the best industry to work with?

As an Educationist, whenever I teach my students, I get to know innovative ideas from them and the classroom daily interaction also gives me immense windows to learn new things. Apart from this, the dynamic and challenging world of education provides me a direct opportunity to serve the nation and contribute to technology enhancement. 

And as a mentor, I not only strengthen students' subjects concepts but also guide and motivate them to achieve their goals and live a decent life. Hence I would say that the happiness, satisfaction and learning and networking opportunities which the education industry offers makes it a best place to work with. And my experience with this domain has been quite amazing and fulfilling so far.

What are the key factors that keep you connected with the dynamic world of education?

It's a well known fact that good education impacts every person of society, because once we start receiving knowledge, only we are not benefited as far as career advancement and employment opportunities are concerned, but our society and community as a whole get its perks. Because, people of a well-educated society tend to be healthier, have more financial stability in the form of higher incomes and greater equality. 

Crime rates also get reduced in places where people are literate. Also, people communicate more, live a disciplined life and they empower each other to grow. Hence I would say all these factors together are the key factors of my long association with the education sector.

Being the Managing Director of Ch. Sughar Singh Group of Institutions, what are your key responsibilities towards the college and students?

As a Chairman of the institution, my prime responsibility is to make Ch. Sughar Singh is best in terms of facilities, education qualities and other criteria. I also need to manage the data of all students in terms of course evaluation and what they are learning or need to learn. In addition to this, I am responsible for personal and professional growth of students by providing them with the right opportunities and guidance at the right time and also for organizing co-curricular activities on our campus.

How do you strategize things for Administration and marketing of your institution?

I always promote the idea of team building and have developed a healthy and conducive work environment for my teachers. Apart from this, I have implemented innovative techniques, methodologies and an unmatched discipline-oriented approach to manage administrative tasks of our college, maintain excellence in academics and take care of students' academic requirements.

And when it comes to enhancing our reach among our potential students in today's digital world, instead of using traditional marketing strategies, we have given more emphasis on digital channels including email, website and social media to convey about our achievements, courses and facilities to a large audience in a cost-effective manner. 

What do you see as the greatest strengths of Ch. Sughar Singh Group of Institutions?

The main pillars of our college's greatest strengths are our highly educated and experienced faculty members who have a passion for research and innovation and who use refined pedagogies to deliver knowledge to students. Also, our institution focuses more on providing practical exposure to students instead of solely relying on books to strengthen their subject knowledge. So that's another feature that makes us strong.

What makes your institution unique and different from others?

Our Ch. Sughar Singh College provides finest quality and employment oriented education to students and also focuses more on experiential learning. In addition to this, we offer internships to students under few courses and they even get numerous opportunities to work on research projects with professors. Also, along with academic events, students are engaged from time to time in a wide variety of extracurricular activities for their complete personality development and give them a platform to showcase their unique talents.
