The faculty or teachers, are the nation builders. This is the reason for continual learning. The field of education is dynamic and every faculty member needs to be equipped with the facts that teaching and learning practises differ. To cater for faculty, we must have knowledge about the latest teaching methods where the faculty is only a facilitator.

What role do you believe extracurricular activities and student organizations play in enhancing the overall college experience?

The role of extracurricular activities has a greater impact on students' character development, leadership, time management skills and more through student participation. This will help in developing persistence and bring motivation and confidence to them. We also have a student council committee that is into handling college activities, building effective participation and communication and mostly working as one team.
