Mr. Anchal Mishra is an Assistant Professor at Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies (XIDAS) Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.He has completed his Bachelor of Business Administration From Jabalpur College of Computer & Communication, Jabalpur,his Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from IGNOU, Jabalpur, and his Masters of Business Administration in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Development Action And Studies (XIDAS), Jabalpur. He joined XIDAS in 2008. He has expertise in office automation and hardware and his teaching assignment includes subjects such as Human Resource InformationSystems, Management Information Systems, and Computer Applications. He created a new subject called Education for Communities for Rural Development program. His area of interest includes Information System, Development, and Administration. He was a resource person for the Regional Induction Programme on Training Methods and Skills for Faculty Members Of the State Institute Of Rural Development, Jabalpurorganizedby the National Institute of Rural Development. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Rural Development from RDVV, Jabalpur. He is also the Honorary Secretary of Alumni Association of XIDAS. He has also successfully completed Career Counselling Training Programme.

What are your roles and responsibilities towards Students?
As a faculty member, my responsibilities revolve around providing comprehensive academic guidance, mentoring, and fostering an environment conducive to learning. This includes offering assistance in coursework, facilitating discussions, providing feedback on assignments, and being a resource for both academic and personal development.
What is your valuable advice for students?
I would advise students to focus on continuous learning, embrace diversity in knowledge, and cultivate essential skills beyond academics. Being adaptable, resilient, and open to new experiences significantly contributes to a prosperous career.

Our department's greatest strengths lie in its faculty expertise, innovative curriculum, and focus on practical learning. To enhance these strengths, we continually update our teaching methodologies, collaborate with industry experts, and integrate emerging trends into our curriculum.

Apart from the curriculum, we emphasize workshops, seminars, internships, and industry interactions to provide students with hands-on experience. Practical exposure through projects and real-world problem-solving exercises is an integral part of our teaching approach.
