Education is seen as the cornerstone of personal and societal development, and the opportunity to foster environments where students can reach their full potential is a powerful motivator.
What are your ideas on the philosophy of leadership?
My philosophy of leadership in education is centered around servant leadership. This approach emphasises leading by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, and empowering others to succeed. Effective education leaders listen, inspire, and facilitate growth, enabling their teams to achieve common goals. Prioritising the needs of students and staff, encouraging innovation, and creating an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued are key aspects of this leadership philosophy.
