He holds a Ph.D in Opportunities, Challenges and Future Prospects of IT Sector Growth in Indore Region from the Pacific University, Udaipur. He has published 33 papers in national and international journals.
You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
According to me, the main factor is to understand the importance of education and education alone is the medium for the improvement and prosperity of the society. Education leads to good personal and social development. The important factor is morality. Adherence to ethics in the education sector and the approach of teaching ideals through education is helpful in the all-round development of the students. To provide high quality education to the students. All students should get equal opportunities to progress and develop as per their abilities. The aim is to contribute to the development of society through education. Only education can strengthen different castes, religions, and economic backgrounds and education can free students from caste discrimination. With these key factors in mind, I feel privileged to work in educational institutions and am committed to doing so with these ethics and moral values.
Being the Director of Management of BM Professional Institute, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
My core mantras are: Commitment to education with the aim of providing education to students with quality and ethical values. Our mission is to prioritize the enrichment and development of our students through new skills and experiential learning to ensure that every student realizes his or her full potential and prepares them for their careers while remaining dedicated to serving the society. We inspire students to work together so that we can move toward a prosperous and shared goal. My leadership style is one of curiosity, inspiration, and support. I work closely with all of my classmates toward shared goals and provide them with support and guidance. My aim is to create a strong and capable community that can achieve success in the field of education.
Being the Director of Management of BM Professional Institute, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your institute?
We tailor our marketing and plans based on the specific needs of our school and the needs of our students. We strive to present them with expertise and quality so that our students can get the best education. Students can have 360 degree development We develop high quality courses to provide education in the best way for students and their development. We strive to ensure that our education is valuable to their lives and careers. In addition to employing experienced teachers, we strive to ensure that we have expertise in the administration of our school so that we can meet our goals and manage in a more clean and effective manner.

Any insights into how your university could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?
We can provide literacy programs and scholarships to encourage students from minority communities and economic backgrounds to pursue education. What do you think should be the Institute’s top priority over the next 10 years?
To organize events that help in promoting human values, ethics, and social justice among the students. Also, to encourage students to work towards promoting social commitment. To empower students from different communities towards literacy to increase literacy. Must work to do. To share street theater across the world through dialogue, education, and discussion in which they become participants in society and social service. Innovative research should be promoted to promote innovation in science and technology.
When you first came to BM Professional Institute what was your vision for the Institute ? Has it evolved over time, and how far along in implementing that vision are you?
My approach has always been towards the educational standards and development of students whether physical, mental or spiritual. This approach to learning and teaching has been constantly changing with time and we have to continue implementing it successfully. I was very keen and inquisitive towards education. I viewed it as a knowledgeable and quality educational institution, preparing students with ethics, knowledge, and thoughtfulness. My aim is to perform my duties well in an environment with strong and ethical values in this temple of education, and to guide the students on the path of their learning and development. Currently, I am trying to implement that approach in my work, and I am glad that I get the opportunity to contribute to the education and development of students.
What would you like people to know about your Institute they may not know?
Work is worship, this is my priority, keeping this in mind, I would definitely like that people should know about my temple of education and understand its specialty, in which the quality of education and the experiences of unique professors can be shared with the students. We strive to best prepare students for their careers and encourage them to think with new and innovative ideas. And we inspire students to become contributors to society through service, help, and social dedication through the National Service Scheme. We provide practical moral education to make students understand the moral values, and norms of social dedication. Also inspire students to think with innovation and new ideas.
What do you see as BM Professional Institute’s greatest strengths?
The biggest strengths of our college are high values, adherence to high academic standards with unity and patience, unique curriculum and dedicated teachers towards the students. There is always an effort to incorporate innovation in education, for this we are moving towards internship from time to time, in which students are encouraged to work and they are inspired to think in new and critical ways to solve problems.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for BM Professional Institute?
Higher education may face particular challenges in maintaining high quality standards and in promoting ethics, social commitment, and global citizenship. It has to be prepared to face challenges so that it can fulfill its objectives. Higher education faces economic crisis, and challenges of reaching technical and professional reality. For example, higher education faces difficulties in obtaining adequate financial resources. My suggestion to the current youth and aspiring students is to clearly set their goals and pursue them. Welcome difficulties and challenges, as they are part of your personal and professional growth. What are some plans that you’re currently (or will be) designing for BM Professional Institute international affairs and/or students?
We strive to plan and exchange education and culture. Other university teachers provide knowledge to our students and our teachers provide culture and education to students in their university. We provide special courses for international students and cultural exchange with local society. They are also planning to promote Pradan. We are striving to provide a safe and organized environment for international students to live and learn together here.
How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your institute?
We create a collaborative and inclusive environment through education and other programs in which students pursue collaboration and diversity. Provide students with facilities for health and wellness in an ethical manner, such as exercise centers, mental health services, and healthy dietary options. We provide encouragement, encouragement, and support to all members of the University to encourage a healthy environment and relationship.
