What is the latest program you are offering in your institute/department? Which will help the students to perform better and stand out from the crowd?
Today, robotics and computer science are booming. To take advantage of this movement, we are offering subjects in AI, Robotics, the Internet of Things, and Data Mining. Students are taught the basics to advanced subjects, along with the right skills to work in this industry. They are thoroughly prepared to work for start-ups, private companies, or public organizations.
What are the factors that make this program the best for students to choose?
There are quite a number of factors that make our program favourable for students. We have an updated syllabus that includes all the current trending topics and subjects. Students get to practice technical skills in-depth during their courses. They also complete internships, workshops, and competitions to put their skills to use.
What would you call a "best practice" in the course you are offering?
For the benefit of the students, we conduct counselling sessions. A professional is called in to talk to students and help them address any issues they face. We also make all the teachers available to talk with the students at all times.

How does the program ensure that students are being prepared for the future?
After completing the UG course, B.Tech. degree, students are eligible to work and stand on their feet. Besides classes, students complete projects that focus on a current scenario or issue. This allows students to come up with viable solutions and work together with classmates towards one goal.
How have you trained yourself/the faculty to deliver this program to the students?
We have a mentor-mentee system at our university where we allot a faculty to a student. The mentor will look after the student, help them and support them academically. We have also included value-added courses for students that target extra but essential industry skills. Students who need extra care can also attend our remedial classes where they can ask their doubts.
What type of projects are students working on through this program?
In computer science, we have live projects that tackle topics like automatic doors or lights. These products work on the basis of sensors that our students design and make. We also have projects on data mining where students work on cleaning up and finding patterns in data.

The opportunities are endless for our students, and they will only keep increasing as they gain more experience. We also prepare our students for competitive examinations like the entrance tests for civil service. Many of our past graduates have successfully completed their GATE and NET.
