On October 5th, 2023, GIBS Business School, Bengaluru, hosted an enlightening HR Conclave on "Digital Competencies for Employees." The event witnessed the participation of over 120 enthusiastic HR professionals representing top companies. It has never been more important for employees to have digital competencies in an era where digital transformation is transforming sectors. The GIBS-hosted HR Conclave addressed this industry necessity by offering priceless insights and tactics to help HR professionals and their organizations navigate the digital age. The event's theme focused on the constantly shifting landscape of digital competencies that are crucial for workers in today's quickly transforming business environment. The conclave delved into enlightening conversations on empowering HR with digital competence and navigating the new era of literacy in the workplace with seven prominent speakers and one esteemed moderator.

The first keynote speaker during the event was the CHRO of Biocon Biologics Ltd. He gave a motivational speech about "Empowering HR with Digital Competence: Embracing the Future of Work." Maheswary stressed how important HR is to advancing digital transformation in businesses. As the second keynote speaker, Rangarajan Subramanian, Head of People at SMEC, educated the audience. His talk, "Boosting Productivity and Retention: HR Strategies for Success," provided insightful information on HR practices that boost employee productivity and retention.

A vibrant panel discussion, centered on the theme "Digital Skills for Employees: Navigating the New Era of Literacy," showcased an impressive lineup of industry experts.
