20th March 2018, Hyderabad: Prof. N.Siva Prasad, Pro Vice-Chancellor, GITAM, Hyderabad inaugurated Kaladhamam (a venue for arts) at GITAM deemed to be University, Hyderabad campus on 19th March 2018.

He told that this is a memorable day for Kalakrithi student bodies and they are lucky to get a huge place to conduct their activities regularly. He appealed that, the students should buzz with activities, enhance their leadership qualities, all-round development and make this opportunity to prosper. Pro VC announced that, Prof. A.Sreeram, Chief Warden, GITAM Hostels and Senior Faculty, GHBS has designated as Director, Student Affairs.

“If you have talent, why not showcase it on a better platform”, this is the appropriate line that defines the prestigious cultural club of GITAM famously known as Kalakrithi. It is a giant club which never fails to bring out quality talent in various fields like music, dance, dramatics and creative arts every year with its valuable auditions. Kalakrithi has five major wings, like Art, Culture, PR, Short Films and Photography. Each body governed by 15 core members and each body comprises 75 student members.
