Being a part of management, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would You describe your leadership style?

The need of the hour is that our younger generation becomes cognizant of their role in shaping a new India, which can have as glorious an identity to eat simple legality with radiant brilliance it should not be swayed by the hedonistic glamour of the Western lifestyle. The cutthroat competition and glamour of the corporate world and a desire to lead a haven despite all this have thrown them blind races.

What makes the education industry the best industry to work in?

The students have to accept and realize that there are other things also important along with the career. If freedom is to survive, if democracy is to be preserved, if an efficient, incorruptible, and good government is to be firmly established, if the country is to develop and the families are to be happy and harmonious, the youth of today must rouse themselves. Education is the best tool for women's empowerment and keeping this aim in mind the Tagore Group established Girls College at Vaishali Nagar.

Being the Director, how do you define your connection with students and faculties?

To the team of teachers, I would like to say that a Teacher has not only to instruct but also to inspire and influence the life and character of his/her students and equip them with ideas and values that will make them enter the stream of national life as worthy citizens. Recognizing and raising their self-esteem is to be recognized and raised to its zenith through inspiration, encouragement, and guidance.

How do you balance between the expectations from college and students?

TPGGC aims at fuller development of students as physically energetic, skillful communicators and finest artists. We recognize, encourage, and reward talents. We believe that the rich culture of India should be handed over to the next generations to strengthen ties with the family and the community. Inculcation of faith in the rich Indian culture is our aim and students are trained to adjust to the realities of the modern world too.

How do you plan on using the immense knowledge and experience you have gained?

We shall endeavor to create opportunities to arouse creative thinking, undertake pioneering scholarly activities to groom the personality of our students, and prepare them to face the challenges of the fast-moving 21st century with confidence. We encourage initiative, entrepreneurship, resourcefulness, and a futuristic outlook to make women more aware, innovative, and visionary.

How do you try to bring in a practical approach towards subjects?

Students must be helped to identify and retain the positive elements and pass them on to the next generation after strengthening them with their contributions. They have to be enabled to the sense of national loyalty, responsibility, family solidarity, and cultural consciousness and remove from their minds whatever is negative and weakening. 

Any feedback you would like to share with the new generation coming forward?

Yes, I like to share with the new generation coming forward to work hard and to be an old school in today’s generation. To Be smart & work smartly. Use the technology and all the equipment which you are best in this generation. Time is all with you, work more and more hard. Be happy with the things you have now.
