Being part of management, what is your leadership philosophy? How would you describe your leadership style?

My leadership style is centered around leading with equality. I believe in treating all team members with fairness, respect, and equality. Yes, I prefer to treat each & everyone equally. I think every leader should follow the same thing according to me. Being the leader is hard as you have to be equally available for all the members under you.

According to you, what makes the education industry the best industry to work in?

According to me, the opportunities which we get in the education sector are endless. We have plenty of options in this field of growth and development. There are many positions, many possibilities, and many posts which are available in the education sector both for males & females. So if someone wants to join the field the best, one should join the education section with their choice of post.

Being the Principal, how do you define your connection with students and faculty members?

Focusing on their work with teachers on instruction, spending time with them, and knowing each other with the help of activities, Building a productive school climate, Forging collaboration and professional learning among teachers and others, and Managing personnel and resources well.

How do you plan on using the immense knowledge and experience you have gained over the decades being an integral member of this Institute?

One huge benefit of work-integrated learning is it can help you decide what future career path you may choose. Working as the principal has made me learn so many amazing things in my life, the importance of so many things in my life, and balanced my professional life as well as my personal life. This institute has given me a lot of learnings, experience, and value of things that made me who I am today, I'm very grateful for the opportunities this college has given me over the years.

How do you try to bring in a practical approach towards subjects?

With a practical approach to teaching, teachers can help their students develop critical thinking skills, apply their knowledge to real-world situations, and become active participants in their learning. I think Practically the student understands much better as students are very much smart these days they are very much aware of things already & then providing them practical knowledge makes them understand much better.

How do you strategize the curriculum to make it befitting for the students?

Creating multiple lesson plans to build a curriculum takes time. It’s important to schedule planning sessions and blocks of time to work on the curriculum. Learning how to manage that time is also important. Teachers shouldn’t get bogged down in curriculum development.

Any feedback you would like to share with the new generation coming forward?

An uneducated individual can never be fully aware of their responsibilities towards each other as human beings and the world as a whole. As human beings, we have to give back to the society we live in and make it a better place to live for everybody. Proper education teaches an individual to think beyond their interests and helps them in developing an ability to make the world a happier, safer place for the next generation.
