Ganesh Rajpuree is the HOD at TTL College of Business Management. He completed his M.com in Management Accounting & B.Com from the University of Mysore and passed PUC from Karnataka Pre University board with second class in 2009 and SSLC from Karnataka State Examination Board with second class in 2005. Further, he has also passed K-SET in the Year 2021. He has running tutorials at the G.R. Tuition Centre in K.R. Sagar for the past 9 years and working as an Assistant Professor in Commerce and Management since 2021 at T.T.L. Institute of Business Management. He participated and presented a paper in a 2-day UGC-sponsored National Level Seminar on ‘Financial Inclusion’, organized by the Department of Commerce and Management, Basudev Somani College, Mysore on 28th March 2014.

Being a faculty of this institution, what are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

My roles and responsibilities include managing teaching plans for students, providing them with practical knowledge, organizing various events to enhance the skills of students, supervising their abilities and monitoring their attendance. Furthermore, preparation of question papers for internals during semesters, having deep knowledge of the subject and being in touch with the latest technological advances is also important and is a part of my responsibilities towards my students. 

How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

Meeting with students and helping them with projects and solving their problems is my way of establishing healthy relations with them. I believe in helping and enlightening students in making jobs and keeping a respectable relationship with faculty members without holding any grudges against them. 

What are the best practices offered by the department to the students that help them gain the necessary skills?

The best practices we are offering include manageable teaching plans for students with practical knowledge and proper mentoring sessions. 

What are your views on the placements and higher education of the students from your department or how does your department prepare students for Higher education?

We are helping and enlightening students in making jobs by offering them practical knowledge.

When you came to the college, what was your vision and how are you trying to achieve the same?

My initial entry into the college was driven by a Positive Vision. This vision encompasses not only cherishing the rich heritage of the college but also elevating it to new heights of excellence. It is a commitment to uphold the values and traditions that define the institution, while also striving for continuous improvement and progress.

In pursuit of this vision, I diligently incorporate the mentioned points into my day-to-day curriculum. This includes meticulously managing the teaching plan, providing practical knowledge, and organizing events to enhance the skills of students. Additionally, I prioritize supervising and evaluating the abilities of students to ensure their holistic development. Moreover, I maintain a vigilant eye on attendance, recognizing its pivotal role in maintaining a conducive learning environment. Crafting assessments and staying updated with the latest technological advancements are integral aspects of my teaching methodology. These efforts are all aligned with the goal of offering the best possible education and fostering an environment of growth and learning.

In essence, my approach is rooted in this Positive Vision, which serves as a guiding principle in my role as a faculty member. It encapsulates a dedication to preserving the esteemed legacy of the college while continually striving for progress and excellence.

A valuable piece of advice for students is to prioritize and heed the guidance provided by the faculties. By focusing on this expert advice and maintaining a determined and forward-looking mindset, students can make steady progress toward achieving their goals and attaining the highest level of success for their future endeavors.

What is the latest program that you are offering in your institute/dept. which will help students outperform and stand apart from the crowd.

Students at our institution consistently excel and distinguish themselves in their pursuits. This achievement is facilitated through a series of enriching Seminars and Workshops.
