You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
Staying connected with the education sector can be important for various reasons, whether you're an educator, a student, a parent, or someone interested in the field of learning. My Passion for Teaching and Learning and staying abreast with the latest industry trends has made me excel as an educator. Passion serves as a driving force for both teachers and students. When teachers are passionate about their subject matter and teaching methods, they are more motivated to create engaging lessons and inspire their students. Passionate educators are more likely to seek out innovative teaching methods and strategies. They are open to experimenting with new technologies, teaching approaches, and classroom activities that can make learning more effective and enjoyable. We ensure usage of software of Capitaline, NSmart, NCFM, etc. so that students can learn hands-on about various stock market operations. I believe in creating a profound and lasting impact on my students' lives and building character. I believe that through the various club activities we at JIMS Kalkaji are successfully shaping their students' attitudes, interests, and aspirations, influencing their future career choices and personal development.
