I am dedicated and have a genuine interest in my students' growth. Being the HOD of Sir K. P. College of Commerce, what is your philosophy of leadership?

A true leader is like the thumb of our hand, taking the first step and leading by example. They possess a clear vision, driven by a desire to achieve their goals through the collective power of their team. By guiding and inspiring others, a leader harnesses the potential within everyone, fostering unity and propelling their organization towards success. With their vision as their guiding light, leaders create a path forward, paving the way for innovation, growth, and accomplishment. This is my philosophy of leadership.

Being the HOD of Sir K. P. College of Commerce, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans?

Sir K. P. College of Commerce has proven its wisdom and adaptability by aligning its programs with the National Education Policy 2020. This year, a significant milestone was achieved as the college joined forces with Sarvajanik University, marking a substantial improvement from its previous structure. The implementation of NEP 2020 has played a pivotal role in this transformation, enhancing the college's ability to provide a holistic and forward-thinking education. Through this collaboration, the college aims to empower its students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the ever-evolving landscape of education and contribute meaningfully to society.
